Please read before considering adopting a sphynx:
I reserve the right to refuse the sale of a kitten. It is my responsibility to assure my kittens are placed in suitable homes.
All kittens adopted from Scheherazade Sphynx Cattery come with current vaccinations, dewormings, written sales contract, Two year health guarantee, health record, Spayed or Neutered, 30 days of free pet insurance for your kitten, and a kitten care package which includes food, litter and several surprises for you and your kitten.
Kittens are Generally ready to leave between 12 to 16 weeks old.
Sphynx do not develop as quickly as cats with hair.
WE DO NOT SHIP.
Kitten are generally $2300 to $3000
Deposits are taken on kittens when they are around 4 to 6 weeks old in the amount $800. The balance is due when the kitten is picked up.
I do not keep a waiting list.
Previous customers and referrals pick kittens first, after that it's first come 1st served.
We strive to match the personality of the kitten to the needs of your family. We want a lifetime of happiness and love for our kittens and their new families! You may come visit the kittens in person but by appointment only.

How much Does a Sphynx kitten Cost?

How much is the deposit?

$800 and can be made using pay pal. The balance is due in cash when the kitten in picked up. Pay pal is accepted for the remaining as long as it is sent without fees or the fees are covered.
Do you have a sales contract?
Yes. Anytime a kitten is purchased the customer is provided a sales contract prior to the deposit being accepted.

What age can they go?

Where am I located?

We are located in New Berlin, Wisconsin, just west of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, one hour east of Madison WI, an hour and half North of Chicago, Illinois, 4.5 hours from the twin cities, Minneapolis and Saint Paul Minnesota, 3 hours from the Quad cities, 3 hours from Indiana.
Yes, by appointment only. I am available most evenings and nights.

No, however most people can tolerate them using a little common sense.
Do I screen for HCM?

Yes, I’ve been breeding sphynx for 30 years. I started when I was 21. There are very few people in the world that have been breeding sphynx as long as I. I’ve been working with the same lines since the beginning that go back to original foundation sphynx. Many of my cats are old…over 15 years. I have parents, grandparents, great grandparents and so on. I know 1st hand what is behind my lines and have worked very hard to keep them clean from lines that are riddled with HCM.
Very rarely…..as I am very protective of my lines. There are very few lines that exist anymore that are from the originals.
