What is Scheherazade?
Scheherazade is a small, devoted sphynx cattery in New Berlin, Wisconsin, just outside Milwaukee and about an hour north of Chicago. Founded in 1998 by lifelong animal lover and experienced breeder Kristen Leedom, Scheherazade has proudly placed award‑winning Sphynx kittens with families all across the United States, and has shown in both TICA and CFA.
At the heart of the cattery is a simple promise:
“To give to other families what these special cats have given to mine.”
