Do I screen for HCM?
Yes, I’ve been breeding sphynx for 21 years. I started when I was 21. There are very few people in the world that have been breeding sphynx as long as I. I’ve been working with the same lines since the beginning that go back to original foundation sphynx. Many of my cats are old…over 15 years. I have parents, grandparents, great grandparents and so on. I know 1st hand what is behind my lines and have worked very hard to keep them clean from lines that are riddled with HCM.
Do I sell Cats for breeding?
Very rarely…..as I am very protective of my lines. There are very few lines that exist anymore that are from the originals.
